We are on Business objects Xi 3.1 version and we have a scenario where the users import webi report into excel spreadsheet through live office. the refresh options in live office are by default set to “latest instance” which doesn’t prompt for parameters when the report is run. If anyone schedules one of our reports, the next person to try and use a live office report will not be prompted, they will be automatically defaulted to the prompts selected in the scheduled report. We can go ahead and change the refresh options of live office to “on-demand” on each users local machine which enables the user to run the report for him own parameters.
Instead of making changes on each user’s local machine ( i know live office is just a plugin), can this be done globally for all the users using live office? any help is appreciated.
