I am trying to import a web i cross tab report consisting variables, measures and dimension(having break) and the cross tab has subtotals. The report has customer id as prompt. While importing into Excel i had given customer ID as 90012 and i was able to bring report in Excel. When i refresh the Live office object with the same customer ID(90012) it refreshes, if i try to refresh with any other customer IDs it is throwing this error:
Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315) reference: Cannot retrieve the requested report parts. (Error: RWI 00013)(6315)
I tried reimporting the report object many times, but each time getting the same error.
Can somebody tell me the solution for this?
