Hi Guys,
Without a special reason, the objects of Live Office in Excel become greyed out, there is a file that I’ve been working with for a couple of weeks without any issue but suddenly I can’t see my query and cannot refresh my data anymore in Excel,
This happened a couple of times with other users and the users have to create the query from scratch, this is so frustrating.
I’m using Excel 2010 and the version of Live office is: 14.0.9.1387
We are using BO 4.0 SP9.
Any one have a solution to this or a fix to get the query or object back or to not let this happen again?
