we have a live office power point which is refreshing fine with WEBI(4.0) preferred viewing locale as English US. but if we change it to any other value PPT is not refreshing and after some time it throws an error.
Failed to get document information (LO 26315) Argument can not be null (Error RWI 00010).
Any one faced this issue ?

Nope, nevertheless, make sure you are on a recent patch level: at least 4.0 SP4 patch 4. SP5 came out just 1 day ago or so.

we are on BO 4.0 SP4 FP3.so you say that this is a known issue in earlier versions of BO 4.0 and fix is available in latest version ?

No, what I am saying get on a recent patch level, because it might be fixed (for details: refer to the readme/what’s new documentation for the Patches). No use to chase ghosts IMHO.
