Live office Log In not working in Xenapp 6.1

Hi all!

We are trying to install live office on a Xenapp server and when the application settings are configured (username, pwd, web service URL, etc) I click on Log In and the user validation succeeds but it just doesn’t log in. I can’t see any errors, the application just gets back to the same screen, allowing you to try to log in again and again.

Do you know where can I find some logs for Live Office? Can this also be related to tomcat? Where would I find the tomcat related logs for live office? I can’t seem to find an admin guide for live office for more info on this.

To give some more information, when I try to click on “save to repository” option I get the following error:

object reference not set to an instance of an object

Not sure if this rings a bell on anyone?

Hi,

There were some configurations done by the CITRIX administrators. They found information on google, but it was not one of the standard SAP sources, it was more CITRIX related.

I am sorry I am not more helpful, I don’t really remember exactly how it went.

Never mind. I was able to fix it by repairing the Live Office installation.
