Hi
I’m trying to install the Live Office but it gives an error:

“BusinessObjects Live Office XI 3.1 FP 2.5 Update can not install because the
product is meant to patch is not found on the system. Settin the
SKIP_PATCH_VERSION_CHECK property will skip this check.”

Any clue about this?

It seems you’re trying to install a patch file instead of a full installation. You can try the recommendation by typing setup.exe KKIP_PATCH_VERSION_CHECK using the command line to see if it will install. If not, you’ll have to download a full installation Service Pack and then apply the Fix Pack.

Done, it doesn’t work.

Do you have already installed SP2? Fix packs 2.x cannot be installed unless you have SP2 installed.
