Live Office error

Hello everyone,

Here is my problem:

I installed Live Office 4.2 SP3 Patch 2 on my workstation (Windows 10 & Office 2016 64 bits) and on a test server (Windows 2008 R2 SP1 64bits & Office 2016 32 bits).

I have in both cases the framework .NET 3.5

I can integrate existing Webi report objects into PowerPoint, but when I try to refresh the report using the “Refresh All Objects” button, I systematically get the following error message :

Unable to restore document snapshot (LO 26300)

Do you have any idea about this error ?

Hi,

I have some news about my problem.

When I create the connection with SAP BO using the Active Directory, the error message appears when the objects are refreshed.

However, when I create the connection as Administrator, everything works correctly.

So it’s a rights issue.
Do you know what I have to do? Are there any configurations to change in the CMC?

Hi,

We are having the same issue but we can’t test without AD authentication because we are using AD authentication to the database.

In our case refreshing parts individually seems to work but the Re fresh All results in this snapshot error for some of the objects.

Were you able to fix this problem?
