We are moving from a named license structure to a concurrent license structure and are having some concerns about how Live Office handles license usage. When a user opens Excel and refreshes a Live Office Web Intelligence report, it keeps the license active until the user closes Excel. I’ve tried using the Use Latest Instance setting but again, the license remains active until Excel is closed. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a Live Office setting in CMC that reduces the log in time or an option within Excel to force log out after the refresh?
