Live Office Activation

Hi BO Gurus,

We have upgraded to BOXI3.0 Professional to Premium and trying to activate the Live Office. We are unable to unable to find the Server components of live office in CMC and also there is no client tool in Add-ins folder.

I understand premium version comes with Live office server components.
Can anyone please tell me if upgraded from professional to premium:

  1. how can I activate the Live Office server components.
  2. Do I need to get License key for Live office and download the client tool even though it is upgraded from professional to premium
  3. Where should I key in License in CMC as I am unable to find the Server components in CMC.

I remember I had a similar problem with BO XI R2, if I remember well it wasn’t a problem of servers (as seems interpreting the error messages), but only a problem of licenses

There are no server components specifically for Live Office. Just enter the key into the CMC license keys area as normal.

You’ll need to download the Live Office files from the SAP service portal. Have a chat with your BO rep if you’re having problems finding it.
