list of fields used in reports.

Hi BO Gurus,

We have few common fields that are used in most of the reports (Webi/ Deski/ Crystal).
I am trying to get the list of these reports that uses the common fields. Can anyone please tell me is there a way that we can get the reports list that uses the common fields

G’day,

About the closest I can think of is the ‘Content Search’ in BOXI R2 that allows you to enter a search word (like ‘Sales Manager’) and will search through all your documents to see if it’s used and list them. Only thing is I don’t know if it does Deski (or Crystal for that matter).

You may want to research this. It still relies on you typing in the individual objects you’re looking for though…
