List of all folders on system and any objects inside them

I apologize if this has been discussed on BOB before but I was unable to find a related discussion.

Does anyone know of a way to get a list of all folders on the system as well as any objects inside of those folders? Just some way to dump this information into a spreadsheet in a format similar to this:

Folder1
Object1
Object2
Object3

Folder2
Object1
Object2
Object3

I tried fiddling with the Query Builder for a bit but haven’t made a ton of progress. Thanks in advance.
