Client wants to be able to hide destination options to only those selected within the appropriate server configuration parameters, meaning, I have allowed BO Inbox (Default) and email, however, when a user goes to schedule a document, they still have 4 options.
Client finds this extremely annoying and I can’t say I disagree… thoughts on this are appreciated!

Your only way is customizing the jsp or asp files.
I have done similar things on XIR2. If I remember correctly the file was called headerplus.jsp.

With the re-build of 3.1 InfoView a lot of these “limit drop-down” options are no longer possible even by opening the JSPs.
For example, in older versions you used to be able to limit the EXPORT format options in the Crystal Viewer - but that is now gone in 3.1.
My wishlist from BOBJ includes much more GRANULAR control of the InfoView console via settings in the CMC so that users don’t even see certain options instead of trying them and getting a “Not Permitted” message.
