Limit Navigation list for a Group of Users

Hi all,

We use XI 3.1. We have used a navigation list and we would don’t show to all user all reports.
In fact we have modified the properties of the report that a group of users don’t can show, but this users go on to view this report.

The document’s privileges affect on the privileges of the navigation list?

How can we limit the visualization of the reports for a group of users?

Do I understand your question correctly? You have users that can see a certain report, but you dont want them to see this report?

This is about setting up your security. Make sure those users have at least ‘View’ access to the report or the folder with the reports. The users who should not have access should get ‘No Access’ on that report/folder.
