License Key Error for Crystal Report in CMC

Hi all group members,
I am working on BOXIR2 SP2 (BOE premium)

I am facing following problem.

While entering keys in CMC-License Keys
i got following error.

Update Error: There was an error while writing data back to the server: License Key Error: Invalid Key XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX.

I have attached an image too, for options which i am recieving in Infoview

Do i have to install any setup.

I also searched in my hard disk for the file (keycode.dll) but i didn’t get any file with this name.

Can any member guide me here, How the keys will start working?

You cannot enter a Crystal Report keycode in CMC licence keys section. This keycode is for installing stand alone Crystal Reports. The option you have highlighted in InfoView are for the Crystal Reports Explorer product which is made available in InfoView by the BOEXI keycode.
