length of input parameter is different after sap function im

I am importing a RFC enabled sap function into BODS (sap datastore), there is mismatch in input parameters length, for e.g. one of the parameters is char( 24) on SAP but when I am importing it to BODS the length is getting converted to varchar(10).

Has anybody faced this issue ?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Can you post two screenshots please, one of the SAPGUI showing the function parameters, the other how it was imported into the datastore as function.

Are the DS provided SAP functions installed on the SAP server?
