LDAP error

Hi All,

I am trying to add a group through LDAP but I see 2 errors. Please advise.
This is brand new installation.

The secLDAP security plugin is not enabled. Contact your system administrator for details. (FWB 00002)
The secLdap plugin failed to verify the server administration credentials.

Also please advise me the procedure to add the group. Advise me which one is correct out 2. Should I use secLDAP or not ??

secLDAP:cn=Business Objects Power Users,ou=security groups,dc=Company Name,dc=com

or

cn=Business Objects standard users.,ou=security groups,dc=Company Name,dc=com

Have you read the documentation on enabling and configuring LDAP for BOXI?

The first error seems pretty basic. You do not have LDAP enabled. Apparently because your BOXI system cannot authenticate against your LDAP system. You should get with your LDAP administrator and double-check your configuration.

For the second, if you are talking about adding a group on the Authentication screen, you should not include the secLDAP prefix.
