Hi,

Please can anyone let me know what is #__LCM_OBJECT_NAME in the ATL file typically found in the fourth header line.

#__AW_Repository_Version ‘12.2.0.0000’;
#__AW_Product_Version ‘12.2.1.3’;
#__AW_ATL_Locale ‘jpn_jp.utf-8’;
#__LCM_OBJECT_NAME ‘PROJ_SALES’;

LCM is Life Cycle Management, aka object promotion.

Thanks Jim. I knew but just wanted to be sure :+1:
I googled and found none.
Now I just wonder this line is showing in one of the exported ATL file that I received from one.
However, I don’t see in other ATL files exported out of BODS 4.2 environment.
So LCM application in BOBJ allows to promotion/upgrade activities but please help me with your inputs.

I have no idea. I used LCM exactly once and decided it was worthless for my projects. I do not promote objects like LCM does. I do promotion only for those objects that changed and are in the migration request submitted by the developer and approved by QA.
