LCM Manage Dependencies differences

Has anyone experienced this scenario with LCM & Manage Dependencies….

So I wanted to promote a universe from source to target. The universe has access restrictions created in Designer and applied to a group.

When adding this universe to an LCM job and clicking on Manage Dependencies, I only see the universe restriction and connection. On other installations, I have seen the universe restriction, connection and the user group that was selected as part of the access restriction in Designer.

This seems to be a visual thing only when test promoting the job, as the user group is actually there (can be seen using Test Promote), just not showing on screen.

Both installs were LCM v12.1.0 but the user interface showed different dependencies on screen, very confusing for the end user. Any thoughts on this?
