Last Report's Instance Access to Users

Using Administrator login, I have scheduled a Crystal Report to run on daily basis. I would like to get other users to view the latest instance of the report. Where in CMC XI 3.1 do we set this access to allow users to see just the administrator’s scheduled run ?

From memory I don’t think you can restrict it to that level…You might want to either publish the report instance to users inbox or an external location, or set it up so only the administrator can schedule it and then give people access to it.

Hi Anthony,
A tricky solution would be,set the limits on folder or report level to 1 instance. This setup will make sure that the users will be able to look at the latest instance only (last schedule run).

As suggested by Josh,You need to set it up so only the administrator can schedule the report.
