Hi all

This may not be the right forum

I’ve got a query concerning the Last Refresh Date, we’re getting data from the Audit_Event table using event type 19 to see the last time the document was refreshed.

For some reports we’re seeing in the in the document summary page a different Last Refresh Date.

i.e. from the audit_event table I’m seeing 24/10/2016 yet from the document summary page the Last Refresh Date is 12 January 2009 2:44:27 PM

Can anyone advise what might be going on here?

IMHO, Last Refresh Date captured in Auditing Database captures the time when the document was last refreshed irrespective of whether the user Saved/Did Not Save the document.

Whereas the Summary page within document will always show the Datetime when the document was last refreshed and Saved.
