large report width and infoview

Hello my Crystal friends.

I created a crystal xi report using a plotter paper size to accomodate a large report width. I then went to the Crystal Mgt Console(process tab) and changed the ‘SET THE REPORTS PAGE LAYOUT’ to CUSTOM for this report(defining a page width of 44 inches wide by 8.5 inches high). When I run the report, it appears I’m only getting about 80 bytes in width and the rest of the report is truncated.

I also tried setting the printer(in the CMC) for this report to my plotter and report still truncated. :blue:

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Rob,

Did you ever find a solution to this problem. We used a custom layout in Crystal designer and I face a similar situation where the layout gets truncated in export to pdf.
