Hi when i opened my infoview it was given java runtime error iam using b0 6.5 sp4 microsoft windows xp 2003 and the java version used is 1.5 all the systems requiremenst and software requirements were met ,and the admin gave me access to webi thru the supervisor and given previlages lie all other my fellow users but only iam facing this problem what might be the solution for jre runtime error?
