Java errors 2 users accessing BOXI R2

First, off I love this community and am hoping I’m posting this in the right area.

I have two users accessing our Business Objects XI R2 installation that is getting the attached errors (Please see the attached Word Doc). I have uninstalled Java on their machines and had it reinstalled by accessing Business Objects and “forcing” the correct verions install. This doesn’t seem to fix the problem though.

They are able to access their reports (webi, crystal, etc), but they are constantly getting the attached error messages and have to click “Okay” or “Allow” 7-13 times.

I also had them roll back IE8 to IE7 and this didn’t fix it either.

Can anyone help? I’m walking in circles… Thanks!
