Issue with loading report

Hello,

I have built a complex report and everytime I close this report, I cannot open it again as it just displays the screen for loading report and goes nowhere from there. But if I create a copy of this report, it opens properly. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

What version of BO are you using? it seems that you have a Java problem…

If your report has prompts I agree that you most likely have JAVA issues. with XIR2 I believe that you can only go up to v1.5. as soon as you go past that the prompts will make the report look like it is locked.

Folks - the poster indicated that she’s re-opening SAVED versions of the report which DO work …I’m not convinced it’s a java version issue.

to see how to increase your Java client memory - instead of the 800m recommended in the video, change yours to 384m, then close all browsers, and re-try your reports.

Other than that, it could be your original report is corrupted or possible had its universe connection broken.
