i have a user called A and he can see his universe while creating report in infoview. Same user while using live office can not see any universe while creating a new query. Not sure what is the issue.

Just a punt - I’m no Live Office expert - can you control rights for it via the CMC - I’ve never seen anything in there that I can remember, but if it is there maybe the user is lacking the rights.

There is no such option for Live office in CMC
