I have a combo box that is being populated by a LO connection. The values will change based on a prompt (from another combo box). Here is where it gets strange. The range value (and the Source Data range) for the lables of the combo box will change when the prompt changes. I have not noticed this behavior in previous versions of Dashboard or Xcelsius.

The issue is finally solved, but I do not have a clear answer on why. I re-mapped all of the LO connections and prompts. It appears to be working correctly now.

In the Live Office Excel Menu in Xcelsius there’s an “Application Options” button. There you’ll find an option labeled “Update formulas to include/exclude cells when refreshing”. Sounds like you want that turned off, but IIRC that’s on by default.

I have never turned off that option (it is currently checked). I will keep that in mind in the future.
