Issue during crystal reports2008 sp3 installation

Hi all,

I am new to crystal reports. Actually i am trying to install crystal reports2008 SP3. During installation, the entire process got stopped at one point and shows a pop menu of “CHECKING YOUR DISK SPACE FOR INSTALLATION”. this pop menu is not going forever and not allowing me to continue with my further installation.

Actually I have enough disk space. so that is not the problem. But i do know what is the correct problem? can anyone please help me in this regard!

We have had this issue on various versions of SAP products. Strangely enough if you have the option to choose a language pack (I believe that is the right terminology). Anyhow we have English as the primary install language and choose the French language pack (no reason other than someone suggested French). It seems to work just fine.
