=?iso-8859-1?Q?R=E9f._:_Sending_reports_to_Lotus_Notes?=

we are using BO with a DB2 database. Our mail system is Lotus Notes. I would like to be able to send reports (perhaps HTML) through Notes to our users. Is there anyone with experiences? I have been searching the list but did not find the information I need.

Michiel,

I tried also to send reports through NOTES in HTML format. Unfortunately, teh HTML files creates subdirectories that can’t be attached to NOTES document. I tried to attach only the shortcut of the file stored in a server, but NOTES attaches the .HTM file, not the .LNK file. The only way I found is to go to the users computers and copy ther the shortcut of the file stored in the server.

Another way is to save in Excel format (Edit/Copy All and the paste into Excel) and send the .XLS file.
