IsError() function and Detail Variables

Greetings all,

I am using a detail variable which under some circumstances has a #MULTIVALUE error associated with it.

To debug my reports, I usually utilize the If IsError([Object]) Then 1 Else 0 and then I will sort my vertical table on the column which has the If function so it brings all errors to the top of the table.

Does this function not work with detail variables? Or am I missing something more fundamental with the IsError() function?
