Is this possible in cross tab report?

Hi,

I need to show in same crosstab report the rolling 12 month data, last 2 qtr, half yearly and then YTD vs previous year ytd. Can all this be displayed in one table. Ofcourse I will have different data providers for each period.

I think yo have to create 1 table for 12 month then later add column next to it for 1/2 yr then etc…

After the dataproviders are linked, insert a block footer across from Format-crosstab-general menu
Then add subsequent columns beside this footer to show desired values in the crosstab

These are columns I need to have in the crosstab report and not just the values in the footer.

I have a similar requirement in a BO 6.5 P&L report.

Haider’s solution will work for you. For a cross tab, when you add footer, you get a footer down the side as well as across the bottom. Just delete the footer on the bottom and use the footer down the right to place your extra columns.
