Is it possible to disable Drill up option only?

We have a requirement for custom hierarchy in our organisation : Team Lead -> Manager -> Operational Lead -> Director

Based on the user who logs the we want to display the data only related to level.

  1. Is it possible to disable only the drill up option? The user should be able to drill down to the lower levels

  2. Is it possible to dynamically display a column on the report based on the user level?
    ie) If a Manager logs in Manager name should appear in the drill column and he must be ale to drill down to the team lead level
