Invalid setting in Excel key of Engine section ... (3443) ?

Hi there

Can any of you clever guys/girls help me?

I am running BusinessObjects XI and am using an text file for my data. When I select the file and run, I recieve the following messgae Invalid setting in Excel key of Engine section of the windows registry (3443).

I followed the exact same steps that worked perfectly for Business Objects 5.5.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem with a number of users using BO 6.5. The following link describes the steps required to amend the registry settings.
