Invalid session -WIH00013 error

Hi All,

We are getting “Invalid session error…WIH00013” within Webi XI 3.1 report viewed over custom portal even though we have set webi processing time outs to 60 minutes.

Other than webi processing server timeout (besides portal timeout), is there any other timeout we need to set?

Idle document timeout and idle connection timeout for webi processing server are set to 60 minutes.

Hi, Has anyone come across the error WIH-00013 when clicking on a hyperlink/Webi document in Xi r2. I am getting this error time and again. It says “Invalid Session .Please close your browser and logon again”.I tried closing the browser and logged on again… Still I get the same error.I also tried restarting the BO Servers as well as the machine itself once.Even then I am getting the same error. Also tried increasing the session-timeout , removed the cache in the local machine & tried to resolv…
