If I want to open any existing Crystal Report, it gives the error messege saying “The report uses an invalid printer. The default printer will be used instead”. If I click on OK, then it opens the report. How can I get rid of this ?

Hi Developer_Designer,
Open the report. Go to File menu>>Page Setup.
Check the “No Printer” check box.
Click OK.
Save the report.

You need to change the default printer on that report. Under the File -> Page Setup, you can choose a printer or set the “No Printer” option.
I actually use a HP LaserJet III driver for all reports (even though i don’t have that printer). This is a very generic print driver and seems to work well with all printers.
