Crystal Reports are failing with the above error. I have restarted the printer service on the SAP BOE server and that didn’t resolve the issue. The issue got resolved after stopping the service, this would be concern as we have reports that are using a network print option.
The issue only impacts the reports that are not using network print option and the reports that are using network print option have no issues. Attached is a screenshot of the print settings for the failed reports.
