Internal Server Error

Hi,

There is BO 6.5 installed on a machine and has been working for long time.
Unfortunately,when the users log into Infoview now, he gets the error:

"
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@adag.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Apache/2.0.46 (Win32) mod_jk/1.2.4 Server at boadag02.adag.com Port 80

I restarted the BO services as well as apache tomcat and apache services and then the machine itself.
But that did not help.
Please could you advise if I can un-install apache tomcat service and re-install?I am not sure if that would work.
