We are receiving the following error while running the report in WebI(2.7)
“Internal error bolightsrv error BOL #5 No open document
(returned by function Refreshing Document)” .
We have restarted the WebI server still we are getting the same error.
The same report is running fine in Thick Client without any errors.

Sorry for the late reply the link which you send was really useful.
Still we are getting this error only at the morning time(Peak time).
when we ran the same report at evening time we won’t get this error,
we are getting output successfuly…
I’m experiencing the same issue - except sometimes I am able to run the report successfully in Webi, and the rest of the time I get the BOL #5 No Open Document error.
According to the document on the BO website, there are two resolutions:
I’m not sure what is meant by resolution #1. Maybe I’ve overthinking it. Does this simply mean to refresh the document or try opening it again?
I checked the connection and it is set to synchronous mode.
