Installing BusinessQuery and now Business Objects died

I’ve installed Business Objects 5.1.5 on my Windows XP Professional machine. All works good.

Install Business Query, and no my Business Objects doesn’t work. When I start BO it doesn’t come up with the wizard, and doesn’t allow me to start a new query.

I’ve rebooted several times.

If I uninstall BQ and re-install BO it works again.

What happens when you try to do a new query, the dialogue box isn’t displayed?

You need to install BOTH at the same time.

Thanks Steve, I’ll try that and see if it works out.

Nick: What it would do is not show the New Query wizard so I could select a universe/data provider.
