Install Crystal and Client tools

running Clustered BOE XI3.1 on windows. I have a need for people to have
Crystal XIr2 and Crystal 2008 with the majority of people only having Crystal 2008.
This should not be an issue per the BOE documentation. However the only authentication to work is enterprise.

When I called support they said all people that have CR2008 installed must have Client tools installed…I dont believe this at all…

In addition support said you can not run multiple versions of CR on a client machine. I question the documentation that states that you can !! I dont believe they even understand me or the issue.

You can run CR XIR2 and CR2008 on the same workstation…I’m doing just that. If enterprise is the only authentication working…is Win AD enabled and set-up? Also client tools is not required for CR2008.
