Some of my user trying to see reports using my infoview. They are able to open the report and they are doing thier work and after some time the infoview shuting down in their workstation. But we tried with their report and id in different PC and did not find this problem. Does any body know about this issue? Is their any seetings that we need to change? We are using BO 5.1.9 ( webi 2.7.5)
It could be a combination of local settings. If you don’t accept cookies for the session manager to regularly confirm you as an active user, it will shut your seesion down. And then if you have popups blocked - you don’t get the message.
Use tools to compare and update his PC with one that works correctly.
Also check which O/S version he has - if it’s the same as everyone elses.
