Infoview getting HTTP 404

When launching Infoview page getting page cannot be displayed, but when launched CMC its working fine with out any issue.

Issue is only with Infoview page. Login page itself is not displaying.

what could be the cause i’m not getting idea on this.
Your help on this is greatly appreciated.

We are in BOXI 3.1 SP7 version
OS Windows Server 2008

Personally I would check Tomcat to see if Infoview is still running (it should be a separate site) and also check the Tomcat\WebApps directory on the server to make sure the application is still deployed.

I would also upgrade BOXI 3.1 has been unsupported for a while!

ABI, surya thanks for your response. I see Tomcat is up and running.

Can any one assist me on this Page cannot be displayed with default message below .

This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It’s possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage.

I would do the following:

  1. Shut down tomcat
  2. Delete the contents of the tomcat/work directory
  3. Restart tomcat

If this doesn’t work, I would check the tomcat/logs directory for the most recent stderr file; look in there for any errors associated with the infoview application (there will likely be many unrelated warnings and errors).

As a last resort, re-deploy the web applications.
