i want my users should see the reports in pdf format only and i dont want to give them to save and print option in the reports.
i want to keep my reports in the folder only for 2 or 3 weeks , how to do this also

In InfoView preferences, you can change view mode for Webi and Deski reports to PDF mode. Doing this for all user accounts is a challenge though. Restricting Save and Print can be implemented by configuring rights to Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence.
About deleting the reports after an interval, you might have to go for SDK.
