InfoView - Crystal

Hi All

I have a user who is using Infoview built on BOXI Rel2, when this user schedule’s a
crystal report for example report ‘A’ and after entering the parameters and clicking
schedule the page changes to the history but report ‘A’'s report name changes however
still appears in report 'A’s history page. When report is opened the report is the same as
it should be…

Anyone any ideas why this could be happening?

So if I understand you correctly, you’re asking why the generated instance name is different from the core report name?

Yep, that is it…why the scheduled report name has changed after clicking schedule and then in the history screen.
