Any one can help me dowload Informix ODBC Driver Version 3.81? If a link or site provided, i will be thankful.

Have you tried google? I did, and most links go to the IBM site. It looks like you have to buy it, or be current on IBM Informix maintenance.

You can install the 3.81 Informix connect client SDK (which install your ODBC 3.81 driver) by downloading it from IBM site. Personally I did not download. But I recently installed it on the Windows 2003 server and ODBc connection works OK.
For some reason, reports developed in 8.5 with CR informix driver is not running with this new ODBC Informix driver. So if you develop new reports, go ahead and install it & use it. But if you replace the old driver with this new driver, I would suggest you to talk to the tech support first.
