I m going to open a OSS Note to SAP regarding Information Steward.
During component selection I haven’t find “Information Steward”
item…
Is the Information Steward component located under BI(Business
Intelligence Solution) or otherwise Where I can find It ?

Information Steward is not part of BI. It is a separate installation. You have to have an additional license for it also.
If you are licensed for Data Services (not Data Integrator), I believe you are also eligible to download and install Information Steward, in order to use the Cleansing Package Builder functionality.
Either way, Information Steward is a separate product that will also require either BO CMC or IPS CMC and the Data Services runtime to function. None of these are remotely related to, or bundled with, SAP BW.
