Our current max Java Heap Size is set to 2GB on the Explorer Exploration Server. I understand that this can be increased in line with the memory available on the physical server. How can I find out how much this memory is so I know what I can increase it to?

You can find out how much memory Windows has by going to Start -> Computer, then right clicking and choosing properties. Or going to Control Panel -> System and Security -> System (ends up in same place). You’ll also see the number of CPUs.
Remember you have to take into account how much RAM the operating system needs, as well as the other SAP BI services running on the same node.
