We have delegated administrator access that can add & remove users within their own user groups and that works fine but I can’t get the delegated administrators the ability to also remove favorites folder reports from users who are in the same owned groups. I given the correct CMC Tab Access but not sure of the correct top level personal folder access. Any ideas?

Only way I was able to do this was to explicitly grant the delgated admin group Full Control permission on each individual Favorites Folder.

Give View this level access only at the root and selectively grant access to the child folders access to remove reports. I’d imagine this to be no different from what you did with your groups/users. Hope I am making sense here.
