Hi,
Recently we have issues with a DF. The DF included Data Transfers but, especially, the Include in Transaction flag is set to Yes for SQL Server target.
When we enabled certain trace flags, we acknowledge that during the JOb DS created some .dat files previously to load the data. Apparently, if we remove the transaction flag, the files were not created.
Does anybody knows of those files and the reasons for they creation? As a though, we think that DS need those files as a staging step in order to guarantee the data is there in the correct order.
