Include all options in for Filtered Rows under Combo Box

Xcelsius Guru,

The selector lets you pick the single filtered row to drill down. Is there a way you can create an option called where it selects all the filtered rows for drill down?

for example:
Select a type
Col1
Col2
Col3
All
