importing several web intelligence reports in one pddf file

Hello,
I’ve got 8 individual webi reports. Each of them contain many queries (one of them more than 40). So it is not possible to create all reports in just one webi document (almost 150 queries in on report…). There are as well many merged dimensions.

Now there is the demand to put all single reports in just one pdf file. I’ve recommended to create one webi report, linking all reports, however the customer simply wants all reports merged in one pdf file, being used apart any Infoview application.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance…

We have such a feature in MSTR Office and also in MSTR Report Services Document in Microstrategy. Check if the same is available in Live Office.

Any further word on this? The XI 3.1 SP3 Publisher Guide says only Crystal Reports instances can be merged into a single PDF with numbered pages. I need to do that with multiple WebI docs.

actually the workaround was using the tool pdf toolkit. However this needs to save the reports in a “normal” system folder an afterwards running a batch script to merge it into one file. Not suitable for a bulked broadcast, unfortunately. But in this case it did the job.
